See a dermatologist! Ask about Accutane! It’s absolutely amazing! I’m only on month 2 but I’m basically acne free, I seen a difference the first 2 weeks!

You have to find the source of the problem. I started to get maybe breakouts out of nowhere and discovered it was from excess B12 in my prenatals. Has your diet changed? New makeup or products you're using, even soaps or shampoos?
Are you touching your face alot and not realizing? (I hold my chin in my hand a lot absentmindedly).
How much water do you drink? Do you eat dairy?

Lots of water! Do you eat cheese a lot? It’s an inflammatory and can cause breakouts.
