RANT: I have the worst haircut ever! I’m so pissed😫

So I went to this hairdresser, this is the first time I have been to this girl, i go to someone else for color but I desperately needed a haircut so I just booked with this other girl just for the haircut

So when I walked In the building, it wasn’t like a salon it was more like a business building with its own individual rooms for everybody who has their own little business like lashes, hair, etc

I was super confused so I told her I’m in the hallway and I’m lost, she comes out of the room, I wave hi at her and start walking, she starts typing on her phone and goes back into her studio and slams her door, she sent me a message with the number of the room after she literally just seen me, I thought that was rude but I was like it’s ok I guess, after all of that she was completely blaming me on why my ends are so dead, and saying it’s my fault I’m not taking care of my hair (which by the way I do!) I don’t use any heat, I don’t blow dry my hair, I don’t do anything to my hair, I just thought it was unprofessional to even tell me that

I remained respectful because I really just wanted a haircut I didn’t want to have to argue with her, so after the fact she cut my hair I didn’t notice the same day because she styled it, but 2 days later I took a look at my hair, and it’s completely UNEVEN! It’s so damn choppy! It looks like my son grabbed a pair of scissors and chopped my hair off himself! I was so mad and upset because I genuinely just wanted my hair to be nice! My hair looks a mess and I can’t do a thing about it till it grows and it really bothers me, I paid $80 for this.

I told her and said, look I really don’t want to be this type of person but I really need a refund, my hair is really uneven im just not happy with it, I didn’t expect it to be this way

Her response is “that’s your hairdressers fault cause of the damage in your hair, the reason it looks like that cause you have breakage! That’s your fault” I responded saying, how is that even breakage?! You literally just cut my hair 2 days ago how would I have breakage if you cut it off already? And second what does my hairdresser have to do with YOU cutting it? She didn’t cut my hair, you did! Then she blocked me

I mean who wouldn’t be upset about this, I don’t understand how I’m in the wrong when I trusted her with my hair, she was rude from the start and I have no idea why, she also said I’m a crazy client and I’m just psycho because I wanted my damn money back🤦🏻‍♀️

UPDATE: so she sent me my money back & she left a note while sending the money back and it said “thanks for wasting my time” how does she expect me to feel? Happy that my hair is messed up, she’s so damn ignorant & unprofessional. I don’t know how she even has clients in the first place. It’s common sense someone will want their money back when you completely mess up their haircut. People like this are just to much for me. I also did leave a review I felt I needed to, I don’t want her messing up someone else’s hair like she did to mine 😫

NOT ONLY THAT but she called my personal number, she had my number cause I sent a deposit when I first booked the appointment, talking about how she doesn’t appreciate how I’m talking to her & we were just yelling over each other I didn’t even get to hear the rest and she hung up. Mind you, I don’t even know her! This is the first time ever going to this girl, but the fact she calls my number and harassed me because I just wanted my money back so I can go to someone else who can actually fix it, if it can even be fixed 😫
