Can chest X-rays cause lump in breast

This might be a dumb question. So I’ve been having severe racing heart issues and heart palpitations, so I went to the doctor and they did did a chest x-ray and an echocardiogram. Everything came back normal so they said it was anxiety. Anyways after that chest X-ray I’ve notice a lump in the left of my left breast whenever it’s my period and it hurts. That never happened before. I’ve tried feeling my other breast to see if it feels the same way, it feels hard because I guess hormones but the left breast protrudes a bit more and feels a bit harder. I’m 19 and the doctor did a breast exam before I did the X-ray and he didn’t say anything and I’m not even sure if something could occur that fast.

*Or could breast pain be a result of anxiety too.
