Moving to different apartment

So my lease is up in November I’m debating whether or not I should renew because I really want to move to another apartment down the street. This is my first apartment but The base rent here $800 with water the total cost is no more than $860 a month. It doesn’t have a patio though, it’s nice.. i feel safe, no issues. However the apartment I want to move to is nicer, has a patio and black appliances although it’s just me alone i still want more space and an upgraded unit That apartment is renting $856 with water it’ll probably total out to $916.. it may be a little stretch but do you think it’s worth it?
