Baby acne? Please help first time mom

This came up on my newborns (11 days old) face today. He doesn’t seem bothered by it. I’m a first time mom so not sure what it is or if I need to call pediatrician. Please help and give any advice! I have already put some breastmilk on it

Just some baby acne. No need to call. Leave it alone. Cleanse face with water. It’ll resolve on its own.

Baby acne forsure. My son is 4 weeks old and had that at 2 weeks, he still has a few. Doctor said it’s normal and no need for treatment. They get that from the hormones. Doc said the hormones stage from adult-teenager-to baby. This is basically the teenager phase

If breastfeeding put your breastmilk on it. Will help clear it up faster 🙂
