Children with autism

This is all very new for Me. My child has recently been diagnosed with mild autism and I feel like omg could I have done better idk I try. I’m a SAHM this is My first and only baby she’s 2, I always read and talk to her and everything its frustrating. Can her diagnosis be wrong? She was evaluated through zoom so the doctors never saw her in real life. Her father doesn’t agree with it but she will be starting therapy soon to help her get on track. I just feel like autism was something that could have been prevented Idk!
