muscle spasm in chest????

has anyone ever experienced a muscle spasm feeling in their chest? earlier i was painting for a few hours and was bent over then quickly got up and had this feeling in my chest. My whole chest went tight and spasmed how i would imagine a heart attack to almost be like but it only lasted a few seconds and was gone.

I’m now paranoid and looking stuff up on google and it’s saying coronary artery spasms and if it lasts long enough it can lead into a heart attack and im paranoid😅😭😭
