Period cramps

Please give me some recommendations for ways  to help cramping I have really bad cramps like really bad where I start balling and feel like I’m gonna faint. Im not a wimp either I can take pain really well.

Drink cinnamon, ginger or chamomile infusion, the best for pain relief is ginger infusion. I also use a electric pulse massager (TENS) on my belly and lower back for pain and it does a really good job.

Try taking Tylenol or Advil. Also try a warm compress.

I had the same problems before I had my first kid. I always took Tylenol (ibuprofen never helps me anyways), a heating pad, and for some reason tampons were the trigger of the worst of It so I switched to Flex cups and pads when it was light (I hate pads). Tea tree oil also helped if I applied it to my abdomen (just one or two drops).. I always tried having cold stuff too - ice cream/sherbet, iced coffee, ice cold water. For some reason the combo of all of this always helped but I have had bad cramping problems since I started my period back in 5th grade. Hope this helps!

Pamprin or Midol has helped me before, I also noticed tampons made my cramps worse and switched to pads. Heating pads works wonders, too. If nothing relieves any of the pain speak to your doctor.

It's not normal for it to be that painful, I'd recommend seeing a doctor and making sure it's not something more serious(and maybe they can help with the pain itself, maybe you have endometreiosis?)

I live for these things! My craps have always been overly bad and I couldn’t just call out of work and curl up with a heating pad any time I was bleeding, so I get these and I’m able to work pretty well. Along with midol or pamprin I’m golden

I have always had this issue. I noticed avoiding sugar and caffeine helps a lot, using a heating pad and exercise!  Also staying up on the pain meds is key. Every 4-6 hours I take two more. The second the pain meds wear off it will take at least an hour or two for them to kick in again.
