Alittle confused

Hey everyone ! So I’m a little confused about this months cycle. I usually get Pms a week before AF, I get cramps all throughout the week & i usually know days before if my period will arrive. I have irregular periods sometimes I miss a month but it happens like once a year and my doctor said it was okay unless it happened more often. I got a fever last week and I’ve been sick ever since. This month I haven’t felt cramps untill today and it was only during the night & for like an hour after I woke up. I am supposed to get AF today but nothing yet. The day of I usually atleast start spotting but nothing. I’m thinking maybe it’ll come later on today ?
