Belly bump

So I’m almost 30 weeks…at my 28 week apt my OB had a nurse practitioner with her and the NP was measuring my fundal height and really dug in to find the top of my uterus. She measured it at 27 weeks, so a week behind. My OB then measured without really pushing or anything and within like 2 seconds was like “I got just shy of 28 weeks”. Well ever since then I’ve been looking at my bump and noticing it’s not really growing? Like in two weeks it looks the same and sometimes even smaller. I have a growth scan at 31 weeks but can’t help but feel anxious now. 😔
