Dizziness

Okay I am 10w2d with twins 😮

I have been nauseous of course; but I have also been getting super lightheaded dizzy, shaky, and breaking out in cold sweats. As a nurse I would assume low blood sugar, but it isn’t, cause I literally would had drank something or ate something that would bring my blood sugar up. My blood pressure has been gradually dropping, my last check was 98/60 so I am assuming hypotension. But dang this crap is rough. Was in the middle of report and everything turned black and I legit about passed out.

Anything we can do???
