7 weeks today and heard heart beat for first time ❤️ at 5 weeks 4 days we didn’t see anything but the yolk sac. A week makes a huge difference

I went in at 7+5 and I could see and hear baby’s heartbeat loud and clear.

You can usually see it around 6 weeks and hear it shortly after. We saw/heard ours at 6 weeks 1 day

It’s likely too early to see at 5 weeks, usually after 6 it can be seen. Whether you get to hear it or not will be up to your ultrasound tech. Mine didn’t let me, but I know others do.

I went in last week at 6 weeks 6 days I was able to see it and hear it, it was 174bpm.

With my daughter we saw it at 8 wks 3 days, with my son we saw it at 7 wks 5 days. My OBs office doesn't try the doppler until 12 weeks so idk how early we could have heard it.

It’s not the same for everyone. I heard it at 7 weeks. But generally I don’t know anyone who’s seen it that early
