Drinking and driving

I wanted to ask something to the group.

If you have a small get together at your house and your friends and family stay until the late hours if they have been drinking do you make them stay the night or do you allow them to go home? Get them an Uber?

I ask this because I know there’s a logical answer but from personal experience do you make them stay because of their own safety and others or do you have them check in once they make it to their final destination?
