Anyone else’s bodies physically go haywire when you’re stressed?

I’m asking cause my body absolutely ruins itself when I’m overloaded with things (now😰). I get rashes, fevers, stomach problems, headaches, the whole deal! It’s terrible!!🥲 so I’m just wondering who else experiences this. And if you do, what are some of your coping mechanisms when you can’t spare much excess time?
