9 weeks two days and concerned…

I was just want to start off letting you know if this is too much please feel free to take down.. as well as let you ladies know this picture may be too TMI for some.. so if you easily grossed out or can’t stomach blood or anything please feel free to scroll past it.. I just had an orgasm and right after I went into the bathroom to pee, I instantly felt this come out of me.. I guess I just want to know if this is anything anyone else has experienced after an orgasm and if it is something I should be concerned and calling my OB about…? I’ve had no sign of bleeding or cramping before this.. everything has been fine.
