Clexane and aspirin advice please. Having severe anxiety

Hi I this is my 5 th pregnancy and very high risk and I have been on clexane blood thinners since 3 weeks pregnant due to having a blood clotting disorder. I found out after 9 mc and lots of test.

I started clexane since 3 weeks and I’m nearly 32 weeks pregnant and still doing injections and will for whole pregnancy. I only put on 2 kg whole pregnancy not much fat so sometimes I get a lump after injections. so far due to morning sickness and severe acid reflux no weight gain.

I have gestational diabetes sine 19 weeks and on insulin injections

I ice before and after injections .

Question/ help please/:

I’m Finding it hard to do in stomach and in leg and sometimes I prick my self 5 times or more and have severe anxiety. Any advice please?

Has anyone had to do whole pregnancy? How did you cope? I have spoken to the obstetrician and was told it’s ok if I miss a day here and there but I still need to do injections. No substitute on injections.
