Backaches and hip pain 19 weeks

I’m a little nervous. Yesterday I did some work in the nursery — nothing crazy, but I did bend down a lot to pick stuff up, organize, moved a few things around and felt totally fine. I woke up today with terrible backaches and hip pain and I’m worried I did something bad. I have my 20 week scan this Thursday and I’m just a nervous wreck now.

Do you think I hurt baby in any way 😓
