Tww Achy breast

Has anyone ever had achy breasts before a BFP? My nipples are also sensitive to the touch. In the two week wait now and I NEVER get sore breasts before my period. The best way I can describe it is heaviness. My right breast feels significantly heavier and fuller than my left. I’ve also been feeling more out of breath I’d say? I’m pretty fit but one trip up the stairs has me winded
