Time to break up?

I guess making this post would be a sign that I should break up with my partner but I’m still going to ask for advice anyway! So I just finished nursing school at 23 and I have a job lined up for when I pass my boards and I pretty much have my shit together. I moved home because of COVID. However, my partner is 27, lives with his mother still because she relies on him financially for now, and works for Amazon. (There’s nothing wrong with working for Amazon, but he got his degree in graphic design but isn’t really doing anything with it). He works 4 days a week for 10 hour shifts but never feels like going in. He’s called out at least once a month sometimes 2-3 times since starting in February just because he doesn’t feel like going to work. I have a really high drive and work ethic and it’s a turn off that he never wants to go in to work and complains the entire time. There’s a handful of problems in our 1 1/2 year relationship so I think it might just be time to end it. But is it petty that his work ethic might be what pushes me over the edge?
