Vivid dreams- nightmares

I dreamed that I was at the end of the pregnancy and gave birth at home, without warning. Husband ignoring me and laughing at me for "being so crazy" the whole time. I was at risk for "clots and bleeding out" (I forget the word I used in the dream already) I got all the kids ready so I could get out the door then my husband's ex came in and they spent hours laughing at me, until I snapped at her and told her everything then had a cramp and passed out on the stairs. I woke up in a rocking chair in the hospital to a nurse feeding a 6m+ baby a bottle on top of me, and them smiling at each other.

Then I woke up in a cold sweat. That was a lot to handle from a 2 hour dream 😬 how tf do I get back to sleep after that?
