What are the different stages in a relationship? I’m curious as to what y’all think they are?

I know that there’s the honeymoon stage and before that some people consider it the talking or dating stage but what stages are after the honeymoon phase??

Idk I have done 3 long term relationships and never seen a honeymoon phase. The first one was just toxic, the second one we were just incompatible for 3 years and were somehow blind to that through all the fighting. and my current one has been a year of blissful communication, full transparency, no fights just hard discussions that bring us closer- so idk I guess there is no “formula” I don’t believe what I have now is a honeymoon phase, it Spyro just be a good relationship

I know my explanation is super unromantic but it's science! Haha 🤓 
The honneymoon phase has what we'll call passionate love. This is the hormone induced, I'm overwhelmed by you and get a lot of endorphines being around you time. On average it lasts about 9 months (biologically speaking, that was probably very helpful back in the cave man days). I noticed that mine is about a year. When I was younger, I would always break up with my bf due to "falling out of love" or getting irritated by them and thinking we were a bad fit. In reality the hormones wore off, and I know that now. 
So what comes next?! For about three years, nothing great unfortunately. There's a lul before the next type of love. Companionate love starts about five to seven years into a relationship (picture what your grandparents might have). They are in sync and love to be around eachother but it's not intense like passionate love. This happens with the idea of "I can't tell my story without telling our story." It builds as life experiences intertwine. 
Between these two phases people usually break up but some push through it looking forward to the future and try to keep the spark alive. If you have well with your partner and can still get along and be supportive in this lul, I'd say you're well on your way at that point.
