Stopping nuvaring

Hello all,

Anyone have side effects when stopping your nuvaring?

I felt awesome then my period came and my anxiety was through the roof and just feeling out of it no know it can be related to hormones (plus I have anxiety already) but just want to see if anyone else had any symptoms the following months?

We aren’t trying to get pregnant just yet. I’m just 32 and have been on birth control for most of my life so I really don’t want to be on it anymore
