How much money do you make per hour? I am currently a SAHM and I am looking to go back to work but I feel like I’m barely gonna break even by the time daycare costs come through. How do any of you manage this? I’m stressed! Childcare is expensive. But we’re barely staying afloat 
now! I have 1 child and am located in IL.

In our family it’s not about how much money we make, it’s about our schedule.
We manage to work opposite of eachother most of the time. My parents help a few days of the week so my children haven’t had to go to daycare.
If we did need daycare I wouldn’t be able to afford it for three children. One of us would end up not working.

I'm a teacher. I will be making $59,000 this upcoming year. We have 2 kids in daycare for $1,400/month. It's still early but I tested positive today. So we will end up with 3 kids in daycare at one time. 😬

I decided to be a sahm partly because.of childcare costs...I also wanted to and not miss anything...but also cost. Where we are full time daycare/nanny at a not sketchy place is about 500-700 a week. After daycare cost and gas my pay would be almost nothing so why bother when I can stay at home and love  on my kids and be around while  they are tiny. My pay  was about  $41000 before taxes

How many children do you have? It is very expensive, we have a newborn and still trying to find a daycare that’s suits us for affordable pricing.hub and I we make about $20 in California. 
We don’t have family members who would be able to babysit. Daycare seems to be around $40 a day for 8 hours
