So confused.

So my periods are always 7 days and extremely heavy. Like a pad every hour heavy. Period have been like that my whole life. Well my last period was 4 days and extremely light as in only when I wiped never got on the pad. Now im 10 days late on my period but still getting those BFN. So confused. Calling Dr Monday. Anyone ever dealt with something similar?
