Helpp ( early pregnancy )

Hi guys just needing advice, so I have had 2 miscarriages just over a year ago and I have just found out I am pregnant with my rainbow, but yesterday I started with brown spotting I rang the hospital & my doctors but because I’m only around 6 weeks they won’t see me and basically told me to wait it out, I don’t have much pain just abit of bellyache now and then but it’s nothing major, with my last 2 their was straight red blood when I wiped and I had the worst pain in my belly. Do you think this is is the start of my miscarriage or just my body cleaning it’s self out.

Edit…. Their is nothing when I wipe just odd bit of brown now and again
