Being out in public with toddler

Hey y’all,

We go out quite a bit as a family. My 2nd born is a wild child. Not an angel like my 1st born was, haha.

I have to have him in a stroller or a cart because he just wants to run, won’t hold our hands, won’t listen to when we say no and to stay by our side, throws a temper tantrum.

I know toddlers are non stop but Can I have some tips/tricks/advice on how to deal with this? And get him to listen? Mind you he is only 18 months but I’d like to start working on it now :)

My first born was easy peasy so this is all new to me. Please help :)
