Reoccurring bacterial vaginosis

So I'm 13 weeks pregnant and have struggled with reoccurring bv since before I was pregnant and pregnancy has only made it worse I'm so worried I know Google is the last place I should be bit I keep seeing all sorts of stuff that bv is linked to miscarriage early in the second trimester and now I'm supper scared I've tried probiotics ive tried other home remedies

Recommended to Me but none works my doctors are trying to figure out a more effective treatment plan that's safe for pregnancy but in the mean time I'm seriously worried I'll have miscarriage has anyone had a healthy pregnancy with bv cause I seriously can't find anything good on any website all of it screams miscarriage I just need hope that the changes of miscarriage isn't as bad as I'm seeing💔😭
