We talked for 3 hours on the phone, am I blind or does this guy like me?

I like this guy, and we've been talking on the phone lately. We spend hours on the phone because he has a busy schedule with 2 jobs and school. Our last phone call, we talked for 3 hours with lots of laughing and had a great time. Sometimes he future projects with me (ex. Saying we should do concerts a year down the line), would call me a queen, saying that he enjoys talking to me, and would make hints that we've been talking for a long time (since January). Not once has he called me his friend.

I'm just a little confused because he's never made a move on me to hold my hand or anything on dates which is something I'm not used to. We've gone on 5 ish dates but he never made mention that they were dates (and you have all vetted my dates with this guy and confirmed that they were dates). He is also inconsistent with texting (may be because of lack of interest or bad at texting).

Am I out of my mind or does he like me? Should I ask him if he likes me the next time we meet up
