Pumping laws

I need some insight, I tried to google but there is just so many things out online you can’t really trust much. My job gives two 20 minute breaks paid. My HR said I need to clock out for every pump session and if it goes over 20 minutes it’s not paid for.

I pump every 2 hours from 20/30 minutes. That’s almost 3 1/2 hours I’m not at my desk meaning not getting paid. Add that for the weeks that’s 17 1/2. I’ll never make it full time hours if I clock out to pump. Any one else had issues going back to work ?
