SPD and delivery problems?

Any mamas here have/had SPD and experience issues during labor and delivery because of it? Specifically if your baby never engaged in the pelvis (and had to have a c section), pain during pushing, any issues after labor and delivery, etc.

No issues with delivery or labor. But I felt instant relief after he was out! No issues after delivering.

I didn't have any issues during labor at all, other than the usual issues that came beforehand (rolling over in the bed etc). My baby was also low and engaged very early on though. I'm 7wks pp and still notice a weird feeling in my pelvis if I move a certain way or run, but nothing compared to the pain during pregnancy

My SPD was made so much worse from my baby being engaged in my pelvis since like 28 weeks. I had 0 issues with my labor and delivery except for my baby putting pressure on her cord so I couldn’t lay on my back. Walking around and bouncing on a yoga ball really helped. I went in at 0 cm and from start to finish my labor was about 12 hours. I pushed for an hour and a half (about 10 pushes)
