Is 2 oz not enough? It’s so tricky to know what’s appropriate and my pediatrician was no help!

Make sure you pace feed. The rule of thumb for breastmilk is 1-1.25oz per hour. Bottle amounts never increase with age. 4oz is the max a breastmilk fed babe should ever get a feeding.

Also talk to an IBCLC lactation consultant for breastmilk/breastfed information. Pedis aren’t educated in breastfeeding at all.

Depends on how many feedings a day. 2-4oz every 2-3 hrs is pretty normal at 1 month. Rule of thumb is about 24oz in a day by 1 month. 
As long as baby is gaining weight and wetting diapers you are feeding them enough.
