Irregular cycle!!! Help!!!

Its almost 5 months since I had my second son. Not breastfeeding. I have had 4 cycles and the last 2 have come 10 days early. My cycles are always to the day. I don’t feel right, my cycles are heavier and longer. I’m thinking my age, almost 35 and my body trying to go back is the cause. Also could be stress as we have just recently lost my father in law. I have had full scans and X-rays and nothing has shown. Also had full bloods and everything is normal there. Also loosing lots of hair! Anyone else been like this or have any ideas as to what it might be.
