I had my 6 week PP apt yesterday, but I was actually only 5 weeks and 2 days PP (I don’t know why they scheduled it that way). Everything looked all healed up so I had a pap and also had the Kyleena IUD put in for birth control. This morning, there’s milk in my boobs but usually they’re completely overflowing in the AM and they’re definitely not today and I’m really worried.

I have the Kyleena and had it put in at 6 weeks pp. I didn't have any supply issues. This is one of the safe birth controls while nursing. Like Erin commented it's probably your supply regulating. As long as little one is still having plenty of wet diapers everything is ok.

There is no evidence that progesterone only NC effects supply like the combo pills can. 
Your supply is probably starting to regulate. It’s a smig early but you start to regulate around 6 weeks.
