Crib wedge??? Baby over spitting up

Trying to determine whether I should use a crib wedge or if I should switch my sons formula. I’ll feed my 3 week old his usual 3oz and he’ll do the usual spitting up after I burp him. I’ll sit him upright for a good half hour to prevent anymore spit ups. About a minute after laying him in his bassinet he spits up. I’ll clean him up and a few mins later he’ll spit up again. And then about an hour after his bottle he’s screaming bec he’s hungry again bec he’s continuously spit up since his last feeding. His spitting up only just recently started getting worse. He’s also colic and doesn’t sleep much. Then again if I was continuously spitting out I wouldnt be able to sleep either. Do any moms think he’d benefit from a crib wedge or maybe he’s developing a milk allergy? He shows all the signs except for weight loss. He does fine with gaining weight.
