Periods after having baby

So my youngest (2nd) boy will be two on October first and I’ve had one period back in the first week of May. My eldest is seven so I don’t really remember all the things that came after like that.

My husband and I want to start trying for the third and last after November but now I’m like paranoid that somethings wrong with me. I have an appointment to my OB next month just wanted to know if anyone else experienced things like this.

I’m 25 if that makes a difference lol

And yes I’m still nursing
