Acne ???

Question

What type of Acne would you describe this as? I’m trying to treat it but don’t even know what to start with. 
Sometimes cystic, painful. Red.

Wish I had someone to tell me this 10 years ago. Do a smoothie and salad detox and start juicing. Cut out carbs and sugars and just eat clean simple salads fruits and veggies for 2 weeks and then see. Also only wear makeup when you absolutely have to. Don’t wear a mask and wash your face well each night and then apply frankincense essential oil after. It kills bacteria.

Acne usually comes from what we put on our skin, what we come in contact with our skin, and what we consume. Could be from the laundry detergent, needing to change your sheets and pillows, make up that you’re wearing, lotions, the cosmetic brushes that you apply make up with needing to be cleaned, could also be soaps lotions anything coming in contact with your skin. Could also be what you’re consuming, sometimes things that sound like a good idea, usually aren’t, like the hair skin and nail products, it has bio tin which actually breaks out your skin. Could also be a side effect of your birth control if you’re taking any,  most skin conditions can be controlled by your diet. Eating food of the earth that grows on it and walks on it. Cutting out the process foods, dark colored chemicals like Caramel coloring that soda it’s also hidden in salad dressings and different things, soy, gluten, dairy, usually most skin conditions can be treated and cleared up naturally by changing up your diet, increasing your hydration, and just watching what you’re eating basically. Sometimes you have to visit your dermatologist and they make a skin regimen for you, do chemical peels. That’s what a friend of mine ended up having to do because hers was so bad. But now she looks like she’s never had a blemish in her life, the chemical peels fixed it after they did a whole regimen. It’s a little scary when you get a chemical peel, but I fix the problem after they treated it￼￼

Looks like hormonal acne! I had this while I was pregnant and the dermatologist basically told me it has nothing to do with what I’m using on my skin hormonal cystic acne is from the inside out, once I had my baby my skin went back to being clear! I use a product called Eva naturals it’s the best thing I’ve ever used and I recommend it to everyone! It’s all natural and right on Amazon! Vitamin c clears acne fast!
