He’s distant 😞

So my bf of 4 years has been distant since yesterday , I was going through a lot to the point I have having anxiety attacks and crying over the littlest things, I was sitting on the couch in his room and he asked me to come lay on his bed after I laid on his bed he got up and moved to the couch and started playing games on his phone with his friends, after a few minutes I told him I’m having an anxiety attack and looked at me didn’t say anything and went back to play his game , he eventually went downstairs to play his ps4 few hours goes by didn’t say ONE word to me all day , I finally cried my self to sleep at like 1-2 am , Well it’s now today I wake up and he’s awake on his phone , I got up went to the bathroom and came back and laid down he asked what I was doing and I said nothing and he asked if I was okay I said I guess and then he laid down and went to sleep at like 11:30 , he’s suppose to be leaving for the beach with his friends in 2 days for a week and then is home for 3 days and is going to the beach again I would think he would be spending time with me but he isn’t even talking to me 😔
