First period postpartum

6 months postpartum, started my first period but it’s been super light. The bleeding starts and stops throughout the day. Not heavy at all. Cramps are pretty strong when they come but they aren’t constant. My normal periods are medium/heavy flow, bad cramps. Is this a real period? I’m on day 4 of bleeding. Just heard so many people say postpartum periods were really heavy and bad. Also wasn’t expecting my period back so fast with an exclusively breast fed baby!
