Periods after baby #2

I'm on my period for the first time after having my second baby, this period is completely different then any other one I've had. I've gotten to where i soak through a super tampon in less than 2 hours, i have terrible cramps and hip pain, and an insane headache that not even prescription pain killers will get rid of. Anyone else have a similar situation after having their second??
