Love story? ❤️

Has anyone broke up with their boyfriend for a span of time ( a couple months) to learn that they love them even more? Me and my boyfriend broke up for 6 months and just got back together in March over a simple apology and some effort and we are happier than ever and our relationship is so much stronger.

It’s definitely not impossible, but I think there’s a fine line between truly working on things and growing, and just grieving and missing someone so much that you think you need them back. When I left my boyfriend of 3 years, my grief was so severe. I convinced myself I made a huge mistake, and I forgot the bad stuff and focused on the good. I was so incredibly tempted to go back. I’m so grateful I didn’t. My judgement was clouded. I had no idea how good life could be until much more time had passed. He just wasn’t the one for me, but I probably could have gone back and been just comfortable with life, but that’s not a life. I’m so glad I didn’t waste time trying. 
It’s easy to waste a lot of time with the wrong person just because you love and miss them. If work is truly done - not just sweeping things under the rug - then it’s totally doable and understandable.

My husband and I dated when we were 14 and 15 then we moved we didn’t see each other for 4 years I never thought I would ever see him again then my mom rented a room around the corner for where his mom stayed she ran into him and when I came to visit her she told me she saw him and he was asking for me well I met up with him and we just couldn’t be without each other we got married a year later we now have 4 kids and been married for 11 years we are both the same age 32 years got back together right when we both just turned 20years we been through so many ups and downs but still going strong I think that’s kinda a love story lol

I did this on and off again thing with a boyfriend of five years in my early twenties. We broke up for good eventually. It doesn’t always mean anything. Just my experience.
