2WW baby 2

Has anyone had any experience with very different or no symptoms while in the 2ww while trying for baby 2? With my first that resulted in pregnancy, I felt very strong symptoms starting at 6DPO. This is my first cycle I have ovulated since weaning and I am 10DPO and have felt absolutely nothing - assuming I am out. My c section scar and surrounding lower pelvic area is still quite numb so I don’t know if that affects anything.
