Anyone experiencing THE WORST nipple/areola pains?

I need answers. I knew they’d be sensitive but Jeez Louise 😩😩😩. And don’t get me started on periodic sharp pains… 
Any tips/advice? 22wks.

When I was pregnant with my first child I had awful nipple pain. It felt like they were on fire. It was crazy. This baby, nothing, nada, not even a boob ache. Lol

This is my 7th pregnancy and my nipples are extremely sensitive. When the shower water hits them it’s so painful. I’m also still nursing and that’s been really uncomfortable.

This is my third and I've had this since the beginning and still get pains I didn't get this with my other pregnancies til the last trimester
