When will you plan for baby shower ?

What week do you usually plan for a baby shower? My other children I did it in mid 30 weeks, but I have a severe condition that affects my ability to walk or do general things like put pants on roll over in bed getting out of the car or a chair without assistance.. (Spd for anyone who is curious)

So I was thinking of doing mine around 25 weeks because I will hopefully not be too heavy and if I still need things I can take my time in getting them. Also my doctor has recommended a c section so that could result in an earlier delivery.
