miscarriage?

i’m 4w2d today. on thursday i had spotting that appeared to be implantation bleeding. last night the spotting turned red and it was heavier than spotting but not an alarming amount. this morning i wake up to use the bathroom and as i wipe i see blood that resembles a period. while using the bathroom i wasn’t having any cramps but as i’m typing this i’m having cramps.

has anyone had this and their baby was okay? i’m scared and hoping i don’t lose my baby🥺
