What should I do?
So my husband's cousin (P) is a dentist in our town. He has a small practice with one other dentist. His wife (M) works there as an administrative assistant. He doesn't use social media at all and doesn't really use much internet in general. (M) is fairly active on social media.
On multiple occasions M makes negative posts or comments about the clients that come in.
I'm paraphrasing:
"The people coming in for shiney grillz always have much worse things to worry about. 🤣"
"Comming in for teeth whitening but you'd better get your gum disease fixed first. "
Or she will be having a political discussion and use patients who are on State Insurance as an example.
"We see that all the time at the clinic people have made poor decisions then when they need something they expect the government to pay for it."
She doesn't use any names so it's not a HIPAA violation. But I think if any of his patients came across this and recognized her from the clinic it would really bad for the business.
