Colic or acid reflux???

So I definitely think my 8wk old babygirl has some kind of discomfort but I can’t tell if it’s reflux or colic. She gets really fussy throughout the day but is able to sleep at night, ofcourse some days she’s fussier than others. I’ve been noticing lately that she cries a lot during feedings and arches her back in some kind of painI tried to burp her every time she eats an ounce and so on. she also has wet burps or spits after burping. Anyone else experienced this
