Lifestyle changes
I’m trying to make some lifestyle changes but I’m starting off small
I’m going to be drinking more WATER, before I moved and started work I drank enough water & tracked myself, but now I’m going to GET TO IT AGAIN, just because I’m working and living on my own now doesn’t mean I can’t drink water and hydrate myself
I’m also going to try to cut off dairy in my diet, it’s going to be a HUGE change, I eat cereal for breakfast a lot but I think I’m going to wind down on it, finish the cereal I have & just stop buying milk & cereal & think of some other breakfast options
I’m also going to try to go to sleep at the same time every night & wake up at the same time every day
