Hair stylist in Jacksonville FL that can do thick hair!! ISO..fringe advice for curly hair?

Delete If not allowed. I need someone in Jacksonville area who can actually cut/dye my hair. ⚠️Beware⚠️ it looks like an easy task but it's tame in these photos. It's a LOT of hair, my hair shafts are thick and low porosity.

Every heckin time I get my hair cut it's like the top half is one layer and the kitchen is the only long part. So it looks like a half bowl cut. It's also weighed down now cause it's grown out, I want it shorter. I want a fringe...I'm not sure how I'm gonna deal with that but I want to try. Any suggestions??

.......Also do you think I could have Fringe bangs ? How do you think I could style that? Curlers? Straightener? Would the fringe look weird straight if my hairs curly????
