Covid in pregnancy
I tested positive last Wednesday and the first few days were nothing, I felt a little cough, headaches, loss of smell and was praying I wouldn’t get too ill as I haven’t had the vaccine.
However the past 48 hours have been horrible, iv been bedridden I cannot do any form of small tasks without feeling exhausted after and needing a sleep. It’s really not a nice feeling at all and being pregnant is just scary! I am more worried because I have a condition called Papp-a and they checked my blood flow and oxygen flow to baby a few weeks ago and it was abnormal so I was hoping to continue to keep the circulation going in my body to help baby however I can’t get out of bed.
He’s great he’s moving loads as he probably knows I’m worried but I just wanted everyone to stay cautious now the UK restrictions have been lifted.
Stay safe everyone, I wouldn’t wish this on anyone! And having covid and being 24 weeks is just the worst.
