Baby isn’t as active anymore

Has anybody noticed that there baby has become less active at 21 weeks? I’m currently 21 weeks and 4 days and I’ve noticed that yesterday and today baby has been very very quiet, they are usually super active and I can feel them A LOT during the day and after I eat, and I would feel very strong movement but these past two days I haven’t felt much they’ve been super quiet and it’s kinda worrying me 😩 has anyone experienced the same?
